3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

• SellMeApp offers a Free Plan, a Pro Plan ($6/user/month), and Custom Enterprise Plans.

• All prices include 10% VAT.

• Custom pricing can be arranged by contacting our sales team via Telegram.

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.

5. Use of Service

• You agree not to misuse SellMeApp (e.g., hacking, spamming, unauthorized data access).

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data & Content

• You retain ownership of all data you upload.

• By using SellMeApp, you grant us permission to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Privacy & Security

• We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

• We use secure technology and practices to protect your business information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SellMeApp is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service.
